Definitions
"User" means the person or entity using the website.

"Service Provider" means the company providing the website content management system and hosting services to the Owner for the website.

Identification
The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.
Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

It is necessary for the Owner to capture information about you in order to provide the services offered through this website. The use of the information and your rights in respect of it is set out in the Privacy Statement on this Website.
Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an "invitation to treat" rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually. All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars.
Credit Card
Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using:
- payment pages which complies with the Industry standard and use TSL 1.0 (SSL 3.0)
- a 128-bit SSL encryption
- secure SSL tunnel to connect to the payment gateway
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Delivery Instructions & Policy
Orders placed will be dispatched the next business day whenever possible. If the product is urgent, please contact our staff on Ph 07 49262099. We deliver by general freight anywhere in Australia.
Most of our products are heavy and orders must be signed for; unfortunately this means we can not usually deliver to PO boxes. There are some exceptions to this rule so if you really need a PO box delivery let us know what you're going to order and we'll see if it's possible. Whenever possible, use a business address for delivery where you know someone will be able to sign for it during business hours.

Cost is based upon the total weight of your order, the freight is calculated on checkout. Please note that there is a surcharge for dangerous goods. So any inclusion of dangerous goods will have a significant impact on the freight cost. Depending on your area we may be able to make alternative freight arrangements for dangerous goods, just give us a call so we can discuss it.
Delivery to some regional areas may take up to 3-5 days.
We cannot guarantee next business day delivery due to fluctuations in order demand and other events out of our control, but you can be assured we will dispatch you order as soon as we can.
Special Delivery Instructions: We will ensure that any special instructions are written on the consignment note or on the courier satchel. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that these instructions will be followed by the courier.
Returns Policy
Products may only be returned when:
- Prior authorisation has been given by Morrison CQ Agencies.
- Returns are made within 7 Days after receipt of products by the purchaser. At our discretion, if we accept the returns after this time a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged.
- Reason for return is clearly stated on Purchasers return form.
- Credit will only be given on faulty goods when the fault has been confirmed by Morrison CQ Agencies.
- All products returned must be in their original packaging & shall not be soiled, damaged or obsolete as such goods will be rejected or credited at a reduced price.
- The cost of freight in returning goods will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
- Items that have been specially ordered against a customer order will not be returnable. No Exceptions.
- Any goods damaged once they have left Morrison CQ Agencies, including goods damaged in transit, will not be returnable for credit.
