Description

Combi Oven Cleaning Tablets are caustic-free, low foam tablets formulated to remove oil, fats and baked-on deposits from combi-oven interior surfaces. Combi OvenTablets include built-in rinse aid and scale inhibitors. Tablets also contain oxygen based bleach coupled with non-caustic alkali to help with soil removal. Directions: Following the manufacturers instructions place 3 tablets into the oven and run the daily clean. Larger ovens will require up to 5 tablets. Sold as a carton
